Built on mentorship, advanced education, and a collaborative team culture, our Associate Program is designed specifically for newly licensed cosmetologists seeking their first salon position in the greater Sacramento area.

This is more than an entry-level hairstylist position. It is a structured, career-launching Associate Stylist Program created to bridge the gap between cosmetology school and long-term professional success behind the chair.
For ambitious new stylists in El Dorado Hills, Folsom, or Sacramento, this program provides:
– Hands-on training
– Real salon experience

– Business education not fully covered in beauty school
What You’ll Experience
– Work 20+ hours per week
– Shadow and assist Master Stylists
– Receive advanced product knowledge training
– Refine technical skills in real-time
– Begin building their own clientele

Compensation During Program
$16.90 per hour while building the skillset and foundation necessary to thrive in today’s competitive Northern California salon market.
