Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request a 48hr notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation. Should a less than 48 hour notice be received, or a guest should “NO Show” their reservation, the following fee policy shall be implemented.

  • Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reservation.
  • “No shows” will be charged 50% of the reserved amount, plus a 50% deposit on all future reservations.
  • Reservations made within a 24 hour period that need to be rescheduled or canceled, require the client notify Adagio For Hair within 8 hours of the appointment time. Outside of an 8 hour notification a charge equal to 50% of the reserved amount shall be collected.

Adagio for Hair’s guest cancellation policy is presented with the best intentions and tradition of an excellent experience for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policy’s criteria, we sincerely appreciate your patronage.

*Personal Items

Adagio For Hair is not responsible for stolen, lost, misplaced or damaged personal items.

Late Guests

If you are running late, we ask that you please call and let us know. We will do our best to still accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee the service provider will be able to perform the entire scheduled service. Guests who are 15 minutes or more late may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to our cancelation policy. Please allow extra time for traffic.

No Guests

To limit exposure and occupancy, no guests or children can accompany you to your appointment.

Pricing Policy

All prices listed on our website or given by our guest services department are starting prices only and are subject to change based on the level of stylist, the actual services you receive and whether additional time & product is needed. Upon request, your service provider is happy to provide you with a cost estimate prior to the start of your service.

Adjustment Policy

It is important to us that each of our guests leave happy with their service. We welcome the opportunity to address any concerns and are happy to make any necessary adjustments within 14 days of your service. In most cases, adjustments are free of charge and with the original service provider. We do not offer refunds on services.

Merchandise Refunds

Our staff is trained on all of our product lines and make personalized take-home recommendations based off of your specific needs. If for any reason a product does not work out for you, we are more than happy to provide a refund on all un-opened items within 30 days. For items gently used, you may receive a salon credit. If an item is more than gently used, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or credit.

Online Booking Policy

Reservations made through our online booking system are requests only and must be accepted by our front desk team prior to being confirmed. We will reach out to you if we have any questions or if any conflicts exist with your request.
